60^th Annual Foundation Business Meeting

President Terry Davis called the meeting to order at 11:13 a.m. Secretary Aaron Ferguson gave the invocation. Vice President Jim Todd led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance. Secretary Aaron Ferguson gave the first roll call. Absent in the initial roll call were voting delegates from the following 18 counties: Bureau, Calhoun, Fulton, Hamilton, Jefferson, Jersey, Johnson, Kane-DuPage, Massac, McLean, Monroe, Ogle, Pike, Randolph, Scott, Shelby, Williamson, and Winnebago. There were 77 voting delegates in attendance. The following SWCDs did not have voting privileges: Boone, Douglas and Pope-Hardin.

Approval of 2007 Annual Meeting Minutes

President Terry Davis asked voting delegate body to examine the 2007 Annual Foundation Meeting minutes. Motion to approve the 2007 Annual Foundation Business Meeting Minutes made by Livingston Co. and seconded by Logan Co., MCVV.

Financial Report

In the absence of Treasurer Rollie Spaniol, Terry Davis gave the financial report. Motion to approve the 2007 Financial Report for the Foundation made by Menard Co. and seconded by Henderson Co., MCVV.

Approval of Meeting Minutes

Terry Davis asked for a motion to approve minutes. A motion to Approve 2007-2008 Foundation Meeting minutes made by Morgan Co. and seconded by McDonough Co., MCVV.

Old Business

No old business was brought forth.

New Business

Motion to approve the board members of AISWCD to serve as Foundation board members as well made by Carroll Co. and seconded by Macoupin Co., MCVV.

Adjournment

Motion to adjourn by Livingston Co. and seconded by Marshall-Putnam.
