President Jim Todd called the meeting to order at 8:08 a.m.

Discusion:Stacy described the current dates of the 2009 Summer Conference and how they conflict with the National Horseshoe Pitching Tournament being held across the street at the convention center. The Hotel needs our numbers for the conferenc before the end of this month if we plan to keep the same dates for our conference. The Association will be held to the numbers we give regardless of what happens between now and the conference. Therefore we may want to consider changing the dates of our conference. If we do this the Hotel will offer much more flexibility in reserving rooms and extend the deadline by months.

MOTION: The full board of the AISWCD meet via conference call January 12th to discus changing the dates of summer conference. (John Beckhardt) Second (Norbert Rider) MCVV
